Shipping Rates Shipping fees will vary by destination. Rates to US destinations can be previewed by entering the delivery address zip code on our shopping cart page. For International orders and orders over 10 lbs, this preview is an ESTIMATE only. Delivery destination and packaging requirements may require adjusted fees for these orders. Fees will be recalculated at the time of shipping based on the actual weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Delivery Times All in stock merchandise is usually shipped within 2 business days once billing information has been verified. If an item is not in stock it can usually be obtained and available to ship within 5 days of order date. Patients will be notified by phone or email if an order can't be fulfilled. Please be sure to provide complete shipping and billing information to avoid possible delays.
Standard Delivery orders shipped within the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground and should be received within three to five business days from shipping date (See map below for more info). UPS can ship only to physical addresses, so if a PO Box address is specified, we will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses Orders delivered to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Standard ground shipping charges will apply.
Delivery to Alaska, HawaiiandPuerto Rico Ground shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be sent Priority Mail. The final shipping costs to addresses outside the continental US may be higher than shown during checkout.

For UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In addition, the day your package is shipped is not counted as a business day. We reserve the right to allow the received check to clear before shipping your order. If payment is not received within 10 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us atand we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order.
It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped, but you are welcome to place an additional order if you've forgotten something. If you decide not to keep an item after receiving it, you mayreturn it.
A full refund for the purchase price of your merchandise will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order with the following exceptions. We cannot accept returns on "personal" items such as reusable incontinent supplies, orthopedic braces, support hose etc. unless it is in its original unopened packaging. If you need to make a return or would like to inquire about a purchased items return eligibility, please contact us by phone or email.
When you return an item be sure it is in new and unused condition and pack it in its original box along with the original invoice/packing slip. Please note the reason for return on the invoice. When returning an item we also recommend you insure the package for your own protection. We cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you don't have your packing slip, you can print out your online order or shipping confirmation email and include it with the return. You can also log into your Arlington Pharmacyaccount history, print out the order information for the appropriate order and include it with the return.
It is advised that you send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail). Your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued on the credit card used in the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your return is in any way a result of an error by Arlington Pharmacy, we will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning. Please be sure to indicate the nature of the error. If your return is due to issues other than fulfillment errors, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Time
Merchandise may be eligible for credit card credit if returned within 30 days from the date that you've received your order. Orders returned after 30 days from receipt are eligible for store credit only. Orders returned after 60 days of receipt will not be refunded.
Return Restrictions
We cannot accept returns on merchandise that shows evidence of use or is in any way damaged or altered before arriving at our location. Make certain to use the original packaging and packaging method when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition as received.
Items returned without original packaging and/or without original packaging method may not be eligible for full refund. We reserve the right to refuse full credit on items returned altered in any way, including damage resulting from inadequate return packaging.
When will I receive my order? Standard Delivery orders (excluding P.O. Box addresses) are shipped via UPS Ground and should be received within three to five business days within the contiguous USA.
How do I check the status of my order? There are two different tracking numbers assigned to most orders. All orders will receive a Arlington Pharmacy order number. This number will be shown on your order confirmation page (the last page of your checkout) and in your order and confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order before and after it's shipped (See Order Status). The second tracking number will be the shipment tracking number issued at the time your order leaves our store (the UPS tracking number). You can use this number to view the tracking details of your particular shipper on their web site.
Whenever possible, we will include your shipment tracking number in your shipping notification email so that you may track the progress of your package. You may also view the shipment tracking number by viewing the status of you order (See Order Status). If you have not received a tracking number and would like to know the whereabouts of your order, please send us an email atand reference your order number.
Is there a minimum order requirement? There is no minimum order requirement on any of our products.
Do you have a print catalog? Currently we do not offer a print catalog. The most accurate and complete information about our products can be found on our website.
